Rice paper roll machine
This innovative solution addresses the challenge of automating the labor intensive process of making spring rolls with fragile “rice paper” sheets.
The system features a robot equipped with a specialized picking tool capable of handling delicate rice paper, supplied in stacks of 500 pieces. The robot efficiently picks 6 sheets at a time and places them on a standard spring roll belt.
To ensure the sheets can be properly folded, a steam tunnel is added before the belt to soften them. This advanced automation enables the production of 90 rice paper spring rolls per minute, significantly increasing efficiency and productivity.
